I just wanted to let you know again what a fantastic training day we had last week with Frank Keck.  I heard nothing but highly positive comments from even those who went into the day expecting it to be a waste.  We’ve had some great professional development seminars around here, and we’ve had some not-so-great, leaving some members of the group, including some members of management, a little skeptical about whether these are a good use of our limited resources.  I can say that Frank’s seminar proved every one of those doubters wrong and gave us the opportunity to approach future training opportunities with quite a high benchmark.
